Buenos Aires is known for it's distinct neighborhoods. The quiet cobblestone streets of San Telmo. The vibrant colors of La Boca. The Parisian feel of Recoleta and the New York City style hustle and bustle of Plaza San Martin. Every neighborhood feels like it's own city. It's easy to get caught up in the ambiance of any one of these barrios. My original goal when I arrived in BsAs was to stay in as many neighborhoods as possible. But I was seduced by San Telmo. The small tree lined cafe dotted streets had such a laid back feel. Call it laziness, but I just could not leave. Until I actually had to leave.
