Bums in a Laundromat.

My first thought when I came upon this scene was "Anti-Norman Rockwell" This was the polar opposite of a Rockwell illustration. The laundromat was full of homeless folks just hanging out because it was cold outside. There were these three guys just sitting in the window and it framed up so well. This would be on the cover of the bizzaro version of The Saturday Evening Post.
