No thats not a dope undercarriage neon light set. It's a haunted Mid 80's Chevy Monte Carlo. If you listen carefully you can still hear the faint soothing sounds of Hall and Oats pouring from those old speakers. Ok I lied it's just me laying on the ground behind the car popping a strobe bunches of times for about a minute or so... But the Hall and Oats was real.
